About the Role
We are seeking a professional, motivated Dryer Vent Technician to join our growing team. You will install, clean, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems for residential and light commercial clients while providing exceptional customer service.
This is a field-based, commission-paid role that requires mechanical skills, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset. You’ll operate a company vehicle and work independently once trained. This job has a start date of March 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, clean, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems
- Inspect dryer vent systems to identify and diagnose issues
- Recommend solutions and educate customers on services that can improve safety and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of services provided using a tablet
- Provide exceptional customer communication and service
- Adhere to all safety regulations
- Continuously improve your skills through training and learning
- Reroute dryer vent systems as needed to meet code requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable using tools and working with your hands
- Mechanical aptitude (HVAC experience a plus but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule in the field

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Ability to lift equipment and work in crawl spaces, roofs, and attics
- Comfortable using tablet-based technology for documentation
Compensation (Includes PAID training)
